The Vallejo Knights Basketball Organization is a Non-Profit Organization. Our goal is to build positive self worth, promote a sense of accomplisment by engaging youth in fun, competive play, and to foster the belief that trying ones best is as important in sports as it is in life. All children, regardless of race, gender, or economic background, should have the opportunity to compete in a sell organized athletic program.
Our instructional programs focus on building ball handling, passing, and shooting skills along with teaching offensive and denfensive strategies. Our elite teams are comprised of the areas top talent and travel to tournaments to play some of the best talent in the western United States. Our programs build self-esteem, work ethic, and sportmanship and strive to develop good citizens.
Our organization is dedicated to providing an opportunity for our talented youth to compete in various Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) tournaments year round throughout the state. In an effort to offset the costs for each family, we have established a Sponsorship Fund to help keep the costs down for local athletes. 100% of all money donated to our Vallejo Knights Basketball Organization goes directly to sponsor participants in our instructional program, help athletes pay for tournament fees, and aid in the purchase of equipment, uniforms, warm-ups, entrance fees to tournaments and hotel costs. The Vallejo Knights Basketball Organization does not turn away athletes whom cannot afford to participate in our program. Please consider being a sponsor and make a donation to help our program, team, or an individual child. If you are making an individual or team donation, 80% of the money will go to the identified individual or team and 20% will go into our general Sponsorship Fund.
We are recognized as tax exempt under the AAU of the U.S. Inc.'s group 501(c)3. Our Tax ID number is 34-2042947.
